I noticed that my chickens rear feathers are hanging low and not bundled upward like normal.  She also has a red sack the size of a cherry hanging near her coiaca.  Not sure what is it.  The sack has grown larger.  My thoughts are that maybe she was attacked and her intestine is hanging out....or it is a hemmeroid, but I have no idea.  Does anybody know what it could be.  I noticed it on Thursday.  She is eating, drinking and hanging out with her 3 other chicken sisters who are just fine.  Not sure if she is laying eggs.

Any advice?
