Re: SERAMAS

welcome I have just hatched 4 little Serama chicks. I got the eggs of of e-bay. Shipped eggs are hard to hatch, though. About 50% of them end up with detatched air sacs & another 10% end up unfertile, but I gave it a shot.

I have Polish, Houdans, Crevecoeurs, RIRs, BRs, EEs, Australorps, Seramas, Golden Comets & am working on developing my own breed. I have Appenzeller Spitzhaubens in the incy, due to hatch tomarrow.

Re: SERAMAS

Hello everyone! I just found this site and am excited to read and share about chickens. I recently bought some Serama eggs online and hatched 15 out of 36 eggs. I was hoping for a better hatch but at least I got a start. When they get older and I know what I have I would be willing to swap birds or maybe eggs with those of you close to me. I live in Northeast Texas.

New Hampshire Reds and Seramas. I would like to get to know Serama other breeders in my area.

Re: SERAMAS

I forgot to mention the whole reason I was here. I have two pair of adult Seramas. I have collected their eggs carefully and incubated 18 of them. None Hatched. One has gone broody and I have five eggs under her and am hoping for the best. I think they are not getting fertilized. They Roos are always doing their thing. If you know what I mean. What could be the problem?

Re: SERAMAS

I wish I was closer. I am in Indiana & have 3 Malaysian Seramas (5 & 6 weeks old) for sale. Parents on site. Unsexed.
