HOW TO MAKE A FRONT POST DOUBLE

Once you make a few pratice Fpdc,
you can work them into your granny squares or
other projects
Start with your basic chain
Do a fountain row of doubles
Do one or 2 more doubles on the next
row than yarn over hook
Take your hook behind the post
of the double
on the row below the one you are working
on
Yarn over the hook and pull behind the
post
Yarn over the hook
pull through the first 2 loops on the hook only
After you pull the first 2 loops,
this what it will look like so far
Yarn over again and pull through the
remaining loops on the hook
The finished front double post
Any time you do a Fpdc - you will always work
behind the Fpdc,
on the row below the row you are working on
this will give you a "ridge" look in
your project.
